Good morning, members.

A string of hot summer days ahead. 70⁰ here to start, heading to low 90's, with dew point near 70⁰. Yuk.

Mrs MikeInMa and I spent a long weekend at my brother's in Maine this past weekend. One of the many highlights, was us both seeing not one, but two bald eagles. Neither of us had ever seen one in the wild before then. Very cool.

While clear using binoculars, not so much with full zoom using a phone camera.




Mostly indoor stuff today, after some grocery shopping.

Good morning! 69F and sunny, hot for the rest of the week. I went through lots of off cuts last night and split and stacked in an IBC tote. I'll sell it at a discounted price and hopefully get the place cleaned up. I can probably do 2-3 more. Also did some spraying before I decided to call it a day. I need to finish some mowing tonight and then hang cabinets in the laundry room (in the AC). Have a God day!

 

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. I got slack and missed a few days. We never had any symptoms pf Covid last week, worked on wood and the tractor. Came back to work Monday 7AM-7PM shift this week. The guy that went to FLA on vacation last week and had to come home early to cover my shift, is out now. His daughter has Covid, I'll have to cover his shift Fri and Sat. Getting my OT + some back. Thank GOD for all BLESSINGS.

Morning All. Heavy overcast and some more scotch mist happening. It is becoming dreary. One day nice, like yesterday where I was inside all day and today dreary and wet. We were supposed to go to Mom's today to cut grass. Not going to happen. Summer is not here - it isn't even spring weather. Feels more like November. I would like a week of 70 F weather that is dry. Oh well, I can't really complain. Lots to do inside and the house isn't leaking. campinspecter is replacing the circulator that died and will probably fire up the furnace. All star baseball game tonight to watch.

Not doing too much outdoors. Watering some plants and picking some blueberries. Maybe out for lunch with a friend,

It's still 75 out here right now. The humidity is bad too.

 

Windy here yesterday. Helped Keep it somewhat tolerable lol.

 

We hit 86 with high humidity and pretty strong wind most the day. Still windy out.

 

Good morning! 73F and sunny. It's going to be just plain hot. Stopped at Harbor Freight last night to exchange for the right size ball for my zero turn and got that installed. Did a little mowing that was neglected over the weekend. Sadly with some rain, what I already mowed is almost ready again. Brought some cabinets in for the laundry room. My wife got me distracted on another project so they will wait for tonight. I have a line on a large maple tree that was taken down so I'm hoping to get the OK to scrounge. Have a God day!

They are low bush berries. Small in size but big on flavor. I'd have picked more but my back told me I had enough for today.

 

they look great. Our huckleberries are pretty scant this year. It must have been too wet and cold with they flowered. Blackberries are just into flowering now.

 

Morning All. Well summer arrived yesterday afternoon. A bit of wind with the sunshine and everything started to dry out. Got some yard work done in the afternoon but I am so far behind that it doesn't look like I have done anything. campinspecter got a couple loads of washing dry on the outside clothes line.
I think we are headed over to Mom's today to mow lawns. She is thinking she will need goats pretty soon as the dandelions are taking over.
