Life size deer, turkey and elk ect... targets set up in the woods at different yardages. Usually 20 lanes set up per tourn. different stobs at each target with different colors for different classes. The score on eack target is determaned by score rings. 12, 10 8 and a 5 for any hit outside the score rings.

That sounds like fun. Almost like ambush alley.

I used to shoot em a lot. Also set up quite a few. Great big fun with the right folks. My Dartons are in the basement with broadheads on. Been spending Sundays motorcycling and working on the house.

Shot my brains out on 3 D for several years. Had a lot of great times, met a lot of great people. Tore my rotator cuff and never went back after that. Now I just ride my motorcycle.

I am in the same boat right now. My shoulder is still being diagnosed as we speak. Don't think it is a total tear though. Did you have surgery ? Were you not able to shoot your bow after surgery and recovery time ? I love to bow hunt and hope I wont lose the ability if I have surgery.

Didn't have surgery as it was a partial tear. Just didn't go back because my shooting partner at the time was critically injured in a job related accident. He fell 25' off of a roof and landed elbows first on a paved driveway. He ended up having 32 operations and a whole lot of artifical joint parts in both arms and shoulders. I had by then pretty well burned myself out on the shooting anyway. Got back on my motorcycle and am still having the breeze blow on my knees.

Ouch, sounds so painful. I guess he is lucky though, as I had a friend that fell from a much less distance and he didn't survive. Is your shoulder better now ?Im just waiting for the results to come back so I can find out if I will need surgery. I think I have a partial tear as well.
