Found these at Costco when in ohio. Checked one of our local stores, sure enough they have them. My new go to unless they don't work well.

3lb pork butt in da smoke Injected with apple juice Rubbed with Bone Suckin Sauce dry rub Apple chunks for smoke Pit temp 200-220 until mat hits 165 -170deg then increase temps to 300 while the fat renders during the stall Been on for a little over 90 minutes, Time to close the lid and not open again until it's done. Hopefully by 7pm.
7-12 on barkless cherry smoke, 2hrs in foil w/ butter, brown sugar and apple juice concentrate. And I officially give up on country style ribs bone in. They were on smoke for about 1.5-2 hrs. Tough like leather. Good thing she didn’t pay much, they were crazy cheap so I don’t feel so bad.
Yep now... Buddy just left to go cleaned up...just got done fusing all the morters up.... Suppers at 7 and the show begins at 9:30...
