    I just stopped and filled my cans I keep around the place for the mowers, saws, splitter, and tractor.

    I had to get a colonoscopy yesterday.

    Why does the feelings for buying gas today and my colonoscopy yesterday feel so similar?…

    Went to the local grocery store in my small, barely middle-class town and saw that someone either got an inheritance, a big bonus, or won the lotto

    This person not only bought a bunch of wood, but had the gas to tow it. Or maybe that was why it was still in the parking lot when I left - they didn't have enough money left to fill up the tank.

    Ugly hot yesterday and did not cool much overnight. Thunderstorms in the area for past several hours but not severe. Supposed to get a bit windy for next 2 days. I've been awake since 2:00. :mad:

    Storm went through here the other night and there was a swath of 90+ MPH straight line winds that did a lot of damage... some spots will be without power until the weekend they say...ours never even blinked, but we didn't get the high winds either...that was about 10 miles away
