Yum. Came out good.Much more smoke than the pellet pooper.The tube thing is a temp probe.

Haven’t made OK burgers in a long time and today’s the day. Last week I got a Little Griddle stainless steel flattop that goes on the grill. I got the smaller one that takes up one side of the grill. Yesterday we reverse seared prime ribeye using BBQ side to cook and the Little Griddle to sear them. They came out like buttah.
