My cheese is leaking!!! Deep fried mozz...anyone got any tips? I can accomplish this in a fry pan. What's up with the deep fryer? Tried less time which helped but not the answer
In restaurants they are almost always the frozen kind and they very rarely leak out. I guess hot and quick is the method to use.
Stopped by a meat wholesaler a few days ago. Beef brisket is going for over $3.50 a lb now. I didn't get any this time but do plan on getting on before the summer is done. Ended up with a block of cheese and a couple lbs of hot dogs. As far as what's on the grill; it's been hamburgers and pork steak here.
I wanted to grab a brisket this weekend, 5 bucks a pound here. Restaurant depot may be about 4, haven’t checked yet. I remember getting prime briskets for 2.79 a couple years back. Local butcher does have the country style “ribs” for .99 a pound. Going to pick up some of those and smoke them up, they turn out really well.
