We love pike. Just caught a 34 incher a few days ago. Great fish sticks. I wanna smoke one so bad now.

Did some high heat ribs. A bit too high heat as they were drier than I wanted. But they still got eaten. Still not getting the order right on uploads…oh well
It’s not easy to get ribs right with the long cook time needed, but those still looked good. I found the Pit Barrel cooker does them about the best for us. Those roasted taters look really tasty.
