    Good Morning... :coffee: ... So more rain over night luckily wasn't as much 1/2" at 3 a.m.. Started to get water in the basement from yesterdays 3"... looks like one more chance this afternoon. Then we should dry up for a few days...

    Mid-50's and overcast. Highs to be mid-60's. Rain is in the forecast for later today, which we can use. It's been a dry spring.

    I'm taking mom for a checkup this afternoon. She'll appreciate the change of scenery.

    Off and on thunder. We got some rain but not a lot.

    Amazing low temperature of 73! That usually does not happen but for a few nights in mid summer. Our normal low now is 53. The forecast says 76 for the high today.

    Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 64° headed to 93°, off today, going back to the clearing job, haul more logs home.
    It still amazes me, the difference in growing seasons between us. It's been 2 months since we had the pine pollen.

    Morning All. We are finally getting some nice weather. The heavy fog in the morning is burning off to a nice day. I think rain is in the forecast though. It always seems to be especially on weekends.

    Good morning everyone! Cloudy and cool today, so a good day to work outside before more rain tomorrow. I've been chipping away at the wood in the driveway. It's all cut to size now, except for the black birch I got at the dump on Tuesday.
    Weeds are growing like crazy, I need to get on that.
    We have an elderly lady to take grocery shopping today. Also I think I'll make lentil soup, and grill some beef that's been marinating in the fridge.
    Delphinium bloom is advancing. I put a tomato cage around it to keep it flopping over in the rain. IMG_20220602_2533.jpg

    Much cooler this morning at 52 degrees. This is more normal and nice. Now if these persistent showers would stop it would help a lot of people.

    Morning All. Fog turned into rain yesterday and looks like the same today. We have a big school trip headed out to the beach on the west coast of the island today. I think it is going to be a wet trip. School will be quiet with 1/3 of the students missing. It will be a scramble to replace the missing staff though. Countdown to the end of the school year begins now.
