Raccoon. As I recall, he had been getting in Ed's chickens. I made rustic chairs and a table and a rope sprung bed frame as well as the bench. There was a really sweet, small Everett Stove Works pot belly stove also. Cut cedar bolts and rove up all the cedar shakes with a froe. Log gaps were chinked with oakum. It was a fun summer project!
Just took this about an hour ago. They seem to like this branch about this time over the last couple weeks. ( I did post this in another thread as well , sorry for double posting)
I can say that because we're the same age....wait...what were we talking about in the first place....
I’ll get the upcoming long weekend jumpstarted with a couple of my favorites. There will be firewood making and remembrance for those who gave all. my son is alive and well. It’s a great pic of him and his proud momma at the doors of Parris Island.
