Rainy day, so it's good to be at work...
We did get a little more cut and some split last night.

Morning all. It was a brief red sky this morning so we will probably get rain. campinspecter headed out early as he is taking Shadow down island for a small surgery today. I am headed off to work this morning.

Good afternoon! About 67F with some sprinkles. We've been getting some occasional showers. I got the roadside stand refilled last night, made some bundles and prepped 2 IBC totes for firewood. Music practice at church tonight and then a 4 day weekend for me, which means lots of hard work CSS. I'll be ready to come back to work next week so I can rest. Have a God day!

 

We could use rain. We're 2+ inches below average for May.

Good morning everyone! This afternoon I have to drive to MA to pick up my grandson for a sleepover. I have a bunch of other errands down there too.
No wood hoarding or processing has been happening lately. The weather has been perfect for it, but I've been gardening and weeding instead. The lawn needs mowing again.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Nice to be off today. 68° this morning, drizzle rain early. We had 2.25" yesterday, 4.8" for the week, only had 5.25" for the whole month.
Cooking cheese grits, sausage patties and eggs for breakfast, that should make Miz Carol
Going to pick up the from the shop and more totes from the oil distributor.
Then see what else the day brings.

Morning All. Rain moved in last night but this morning it is clearing off and is windy. We have had a cold wet spring so far.
Midwinter what a lovely colour of those irises. I found tulips blooming in the rhubarb. I still haven't replanted my pansies into bigger pots. May be Sunday.
Shadow did well and now has to wear the cone of shame.
Report card day so it will be busy.

Yucky morning to start after showers overnight. Mid-60's, overcast, and muggy. More rain this afternoon.

I'm planning to grill some burgers this afternoon, to have with potato salad and broccoli.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. It's a nice 60° this morning. Going to split some wood this morning, then lunch with our son and family. This afternoon, our mission group from church is fixing plates to deliver to the elderly and shut-ins in our community.
We had a great day yesterday. Picked up the saw and 4 totes while we were in town. Then we did about 1 hr of tractor mowing for a neighbor, split a little wood.
Decided we needed a date night. Tried Longhorns, but the line was LONG...
Went to Buffalo Wild Wings a couple doors down
Then we went to the movies, haven't been there in a long time....
A great evening for old folks, the couch and recliner slept good....
