Last year the bugs weren't that bad in the woods, I'm hoping we can get the firewood out before the bugs start coming out or get bad this year.

Working on splitting a extra cord to boil sap. Half a cord to go.

Slowly getting better. 1/4" shorter than the right one! You can call me "Stubby". Still cant/wont grab anything contacting where the thumb print is. More discomfort where he sliced there to move skin. Swung the maul/sledge yesterday and really shouldnt have two handed the times i did. First time running a rear handled saw too. Thanks for asking Dave!

It's just a matter of time before they come out here, especially with the warmer weather coming in.

Nothing firewood related got done today, I washed three vehicles, the car, truck and the rtv. I'm not sure when but the wife wants the inside cleaned so that will go on the list.

I got that stuff in the background of the pic all cut up, split and then stacked. 99 helped run the splitter, thank you!

Not as bad as I thought they would be. (both wrists) I tried keeping them as straight as I could while lifting or carrying.

Tallied it up a couple hours ago and it is just a bit shy of one cord!

Since the boss said something about cleaning the inside of the vehicles, today I did the inside of the truck, car and the rtv.
