    Egg rolls look killer g60gti Chvymn99 not much beats pork belly burnt ends :thumbs:

    Nice day to whip up some Japanese bbq smoked wings. Smoked @225⁰ for 2hrs then cranked the heat to 350⁰ till the grease almost caught fire. Perfect char :rofl: :lol:.

    Dude at work has been yammering about it, gave me the jar a few weeks ago and has been asking. I guess we will give it a go.

    Throwing some of this on the rib steaks left from the xmas fiasco. Sea salt, peppercorn soy sauce, shiitake, and black garlic.

    The inlaws asked us to come over for burgers tonight so i threw on some chuck roast burnt ends to bring as an app. Not my best but they turned out pretty tasty for a quick smoke.

    Those look dang delicious! I do smoked wings from time to time. Usually smoke em then flash fry after to crisp up. You got a recipe for the sauce you used?

    I marinated the wings for 4 hrs in bachans Japanese bbq sauce and then seasoned them with holy gospel right before throwing them on the smoker.
