You betcha! I almost have the homepage design done and am getting ready to focus on these galleries.

 

Lots of great looking stuff floating around in these threads. This should be epic.

Not being a BBQ person or a wood grilling person, it was hard to pick a picture.

 

Pork loin on a cherry plank with baked beans and a few fresh loaves. All out of the mud oven.

Please explain the first one and the fish

 

Can i get some details?

 

First picture - Potatoes roasted in the gasification boiler Jetstream an hour after the fire has gone out. Ceramic base is about 600 - 700 F.

Fish - fresh sockeye salmon baked in the (sob) electric oven.

The picture you used are buns baked in the gasification boiler Jetstream.

 

I will add them next time I do an update (probably sunday night) and get the captions adjusted.

 

Except the electric fish.

 

Any other kind of food picture you want? Unfortunately most of mine are not from grill cooking, wood fired bake ovens, etc.

 

Stuff made from or by wood. Syrups, locust flowers, etc. Probably not random fruit or nut recipes, but maybe harvest of said fruits and nuts.
