Good amount of wood you have there in the piles. What’s your set up as far as methods and equipment?

 

Woodsnwoods , I was down in Syracuse not long ago, it was still pretty wet, is the area you live in still wet?

 

Methods and equipment…..array of chainsaws, excavator, tractor with grapple and hydraulic splitter. The processor and 600 face cords are not mine. A friend of mine sets the locust aside for me as it comes in on log trucks.

It is just starting to dry up out there, but rain and snow are coming

 

I could be wrong jrider but I think that

South of Canton all the way down I was surprised at the amount of water in the fields. We hit 72 today with another warm day tomorrow and then the rain, snow and the cool down start.

 

Did you ever get the 500 repaired or was it toast?

 

500 is sitting in the garage….. waiting to tear into it. I was in canton most of the day yesterday visiting my parents. Mid 80’s here!

 

We came through Canton just after 11:30 a.m. yesterday. What does your friend with all the firewood charge per face cord?

 

I think he is getting 75 or 80…..depending on how much you buy.
