It’s a sad but happy event. My sister would like the greenhouse and I would like to start a new project in the greenhouse location. We have plans to build an outdoor kitchen / bar where the greenhouse was at for the grill, smoker and blackstone. We are also going to put a outdoor wood oven and possibly a flagon kegerator out in the kitchen / bar.
I know it was a sweet and sad decision but like all hobby's greenhouses are a lot of fun and a lot of work.
Got plenty of use and food out of it and it will continue its life as intended w/ your sister. That’s pretty good in my book. Hope you put up a build thread for your new direction, Pete
I love the greenhouse and might hijack it for a couple of my self watering pepper pots… Bit it’s time to go.
Amazing plan; Give sister the upkeep and work of the greenhouse! You get to keep a couple of your favorite plans there because you gave her the greenhouse. You get a new outside kitchen with a wood fired oven and beer fridge! BRILLIANT
More like a kitchen I guess but it’s slowly morphing into a bar layout I started to draw up the plans today but I have to educate myself on a few things before going forward… I’ve been debating consulting a contractor about the project so I can lay it out and get a reasonably close estimate to what I need for materials before building it.
