Most of my stash are Wafes, I have 2 Robustos I bought in Des Moines. I doubt I will buy them again, they are good but the price is pretty steep as you have said.

Haven't ever pulled the trigger on any alec bradley. Don't like strong or nicotine laced cigars and for some reason, they just seem to be in noth of those categories.

    Which alecs would you reccomend?

I believe you were asking Chvymn99 since he has considerably more experience in these things.

I have yet to try any of Alec Bradley's but the White Gold’s are supposed to be pretty mild the rest of my lot are of the bolder variations.

I was going to bid on those white golds a few times, years back..........but thankfully, never did.

There were winning bids of less than $20 for a box.....I used that for reference!

I one of these this around noon, nice & smooth

Then around 5:00 I had one of my Nicaraguan 2nds, 3.7”x 58 with Camaroon wrapper. Note to self, always try a test puff before lighting: (cough, cough, cough, hack, cough )
This thing was like drawing air thru a straw, I had rethink my draw process for this one. It didn’t burn super fast, it smoked nice, had a bit of kick but not over powering. The ash held on till there only about 1” left. But man that first draw was a real eye opener. The wrapper seemed a bit crispy so I will give them another week or 3 in the humidor before trying another one.

I have never had good luck with any VS products. I gave up on those many years ago.

Well...I like the stronger ones. I've had the Alec's Second Shorty's ... they were good not what a Diesel is, but a good smoke for the $$... Plus I've come to like the Alec Sun grown Robusto but its a medium to full strength. A good quality smoke. The Black market ones are good. You might like the Black Market one its suppose to be medium. You might also check out the Fumas, as the Rocky Patel Fumas are pretty decent.

Not off the top of my head, but quite possibly. So far AB have all been good cigars for flavor and smokable. His has been right up there with Diesels and RP's cigars for my go too's.

Looks like it’s a Monte Cristo White Label No.3 this morning before working some cattle. I got 5 these in a sampler with some Macanudo Gold Crystal Robustos. I haven’t tried the Macanudo’s yet.

Monte Cristo needs to make some shorties or nubs.

That No. 3 was a very pleasant & tasty cigar.
