    Waiting on her to get home from work.
    Why do I not light it now, you may ask? Because if I light it I start adult beverages and I refuse to drink alone....trying to keep at least some restraint.
    Background is the oak I split this morning and the maple I split back in December and neighbors houses

    I had my first a couple weeks ago. Just me, the dogs, hooty owls and the stars.

    I don't mind it that way. But I do miss sitting around with my good friends and our fire chats that we had. Very rare that we all are able to get together at same time now.

    If you look at the pictures of the dogs. The one has the fire burning in the corner, the other my wife's hand is petting Dufendorfus (what I call it not what she named it)
