Got a little bling for the dolkita

I needed a new bar anyways.
It was only a few more bucks to get this versus the stock or similar bar.


I'll put it on tomorrow. I'll also check my chains to see if I need to take a couple to get sharpened.

 

If you’ve never owned a Tsu/Sugi, you’ll see what all the hype is about. You can go much longer between rail dressings, at least this is the case vs. every other bar I’ve owned.

 

I've never used anything better than Carlton or stock Stihl, or Oregon.

This bar also doesn't need to have the bearing greased and the tip can be replaced.

 

Have always wondered if it was worth the money. Might have to invest in one

 

They are actually not much more expensive than an Oregon or Carlton, etc.

 

Nice addition for your saw.
We bought a 28" lite bar and 3 chains.
Good bars....

 

This place seems to have good prices. Im debating getting one of the Sugi 16" bars for my MS241 or go with a Stihl Light bar.

Nice! Just got my first tsunami bar too. Came with the saw. What length Hork? Mine was a 24" comparable to a Stihl 25"

This one was $9 more than the factory Makita bar.

 

20" it says 72DL so it should be the same. I hope so as the dolmar spikes are long and eat up some effective bar length.

 

Yup. My .375 20" bar takes 72 DL chain. Wanna see some pics of it on a saw!

Yep, same size as the original bar that was on it.

No, I didn't weigh it compared to the old bar. This tsumura bar is a "light & tough" bar though, so it might with less.

 

That saw is too clean..

 

I like the bare metal look. Wish it continued to the tip and the labels were decals that could be removed. I have a Forester Platinum bar that I used brake fluid on to remove the label, but it removed the finish off the bar too.

 

I wiped it down and cleaned all the gunk out from under the sprocket cover just for you.


I fired it up a few times to shorten a few too long of rounds of the ash haul I brought home a couple weeks ago from my buddy's place with the bobcat Toolcat.

 

So your saying your buddies toys are better than yours!! I mean a Makita with a Tsu bar is nice but not toolcat nice

Is their pricing he cheapest? Thought of replacing the 20" Oregon for my .375 saws.
