Good morning, it’s 27 degrees here this morning fixing to get ready and head to work. Suppose get to about 50 degrees today. You can tell spring isn’t to far away.

 

Good morning! 64F and sunny here in Florida. FIL is being prepped for surgery so I just had breakfast while I'm waiting. Probably won't see him for 5-6 hours so just hanging around here. Expecting 3 days in ICU. Brought the work laptop so I'll probably get a little work done. Have a God day!

Good afternoon y'all. Had a busy morning at work. Counting down the days till Thursday. Got to get covid test and last minute packing done. Heading to New Orleans Friday morning, cruise ship on Saturday. Sorry I missed y'all yesterday. Tried to get pictures posted of Saturday fun and then church, lunch and meeting.
Glad everyone is doing well.

Morning All. Weather wasn't great yesterday but the family dinner was awesome. It was so nice to see the family again and get granny hugs.
Weather looks better today so we are taking Mom home and campinspecter is planning to move firewood into a shed and I have chores for Mom to do.

Thank you! He's recovering in ICU. The procedure went well. Now he's resting. We'll know more tomorrow.

He has a good team of doctors and they prayed before the procedure. Everything went as well as it could. God is good!

Good morning everyone! 6° right now, the stove has been chomping through black birch and sugar maple.
I've been stuck at 160 lbs for a week and can't break thru to 159. Those chicken wings yesterday didn't help.
My husband is going on a trip in a few days, and I have some plans for clutter control while he's gone. Ladies, do you find it hard to reorganize with your husband underfoot?
Warmer temps in the 10 day.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. A bit chilly this morning compared to a few days ago.
Miz Carol wanted a fire last night. I got her the starter wood, laid it on the hearth by the stove, she was looking at her phone...... I went back outside and worked of the woodshed till 10:30 PM. I came in, she was asleep on couch, wood still where I left it......
It was cool in the house this morning.....I laid out the wood, ready to light tonight......maybe next time.....

No, it is me that is the problem. I have to stop and analyze or read or get caught up in the memories of everything I touch. Once I get started and create a mess, I don't want to stop for meals etc. until it is done.

 

Morning all. After a week away from work, I head back today and find out, I hope, whether I have a temp job for the next few months. It has been so busy, that going back to work will seem like a vacation. Shadow is recovering nicely from the surgery but we sure hear about the collar. She is constantly shaking her head to get it off. Five more days to go until it comes off.
