I usually don't cut in the dead of winter. When cutting in late fall I will mix some winter weight bar oil with the summer weight bar oil.

Take the bar off and run the saw to see if oil is flowing good. The oil tank could have some junk in it. You can rinse it out with gas or something similar to dissolve any crud.

I just took apart my clutch assembly again and see the oil pump shaft and worm gear had completely failed. I bought it off Amazon and guess I got a bad one. The shaft is brass and the gear looks messed up and the spring/gear was completely off the plastic piece.

Anybody know where I can get original OEM parts?

First saw I ever bought myself was a 450 or 455 I can’t remember but it was from the rancher line. The oiler was garbage, leaked like crazy. I didn’t even mess with it. Put it right back in the box and shipped it back and bought a 346. I was super happy with that decision, night and day difference.

Also, I just learned that winter weight oil was a thing. Not really sure why that didn’t dawn on me as it’s pretty obvious but hey, I’ve never claimed to be a MENSA memeber. I was cutting with my 562 in around 7 degrees the other night and the chain was not cutting well at all. Thought it was my sharpening but there just wasn’t much oil flowing. It got better as the saw and oil tank heated up but I may still try some lighter oil when it’s that cold. Or else maybe mix some canola oil into my normal bar oil.
