February cabin trip coming up, eh? Looks like mild temps in the 10-day.

 

Good morning everyone! February thaw happening. The pool has a crust of ice now, but once that melts in the sun, I'm going to throw the submersible pump in, and take down the water level a bit.
One good rain, and it could overflow.
A weird repercussion of my diet is that I can stick to eating less, but I buy food to treat myself that I won't eat. I'm feasting with my eyes. I've got to be more realistic in the grocery store. My husband and I have different tastes, so he won't pick up the slack.
Swimming today, and some poking around in the yard, getting the pump set up etc. Maybe touch up my pink hair color.

Good morning! It's a balmy 33F. Should go up a few more degrees and sun is out for now. I snagged a few pallets last night from my local pallet mall. I may or may not have a wood delivery today so I cleared some snow off of the receiving yard last night and also moved slush off the end of the driveway where the plows keep depositing it. Not sure what today will bring. Have a God day!

Morning All. Boy, Backwoods Savage and T.Jeff Veal are you ever taking chances with your comments about the polar bear club. That pool looks cold.
Poured rain all night. I haven't looked at the forecast for today so it will be a surprise.
Midwinter we have one of our older teachers (my age) at the school that dresses to match whichever colour hair she is wearing for the day. Yesterday it was a turquoise swath with matching sweater.
Off to work again today.

A friend of ours son is up here shooting his gun. His dad owned Holly before us. So she knows him pretty well. He took her for a run around the yard. Both were out of breath when they got back.

Good morning everyone! The pool stayed pretty solid yesterday, so I didn't get the pump in. Will try it today. Other than that, we have an older lady to take grocery shopping. We couldn't do it last time because we were Covid exposed, so this week she says she needs a lot.

He could dye it green and you wouldn't notice. Not enough to work with!
