Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. Another night down, 1 more to go. 34° here in town, probably 31° at home. Got to split and load more oak, finish loading the trailer for delivery tomorrow.
We get the artic blast this weekend, said we might get single digit wind chill, glad I'll be home to help keep the stove going. I better bring in some big chunks.
Hope all my NE family hunker down in this coming storm and stay safe.

Got some nice weather again, in the 20s this am and will get to 40 today.

Installed the tax software late last night so I'm getting it started before work today.

Question: Since we are family around here, you guys wouldn't mind me claiming each of you as dependants, would you?

 

Morning all. Foggy and below freezing again. Gorgeous day yesterday with sunshine. campinspecter got both vehicles washed. Humidity is too high to be trying to dry clothes outside but the sunshine is tempting. I think today may be our last day of sunshine for awhile. Last day of work for this week. I think I work four days next week.

schlot what is the due date for income taxes for you? Ours is April 30. Our youngest daughter became a Charter Accountant whose birthday falls on April 29. No celebrating until after the 30th.

Good morning! 19F and cloudy, had a few flurries on the way to work. High is supposed to hit 30. A real heat wave! The good news is we aren't expecting any snow for a week. A buddy hooked me up with a tree service so I'm hoping he'll stop by with some wood today. We had a good conversation last night. Music practice at church tonight and taking tomorrow off. Have a God day!

Good morning everyone! Busy day yesterday, storm prep and wood moving. My neighbor brought a friend with a pickup truck, and we moved a generous cord of maple from in back of the pool. At least I didn't have to stack it at her house! She was happy to get it.
The grocery store was packed of course.
Covidwise, my husband and I tested negative, and have no symptoms. My son and DIL tested negative, but have symptoms... No grandson visit this Sunday for a couple of reasons...
I hadn't heard a two foot snow prediction, Mike! I bet up here we get a foot anyways.
Brandon went back to Florida for a couple of days to pick up his dog. He's going back to Kentucky for at least a month while his dad is in rehab. After that, he'd like to bring his dad back to Florida to live, but who knows.
More storm prep today of course. And swimming.

Morning All. Above freezing this morning so we must have an overcast. I think this is the last day of no rain. We didn't get the cover on the RV yesterday so today will be the day before the rain sets in. Home today with chores.
