    Man the warmest sweaters I've come across are made by the natives in Ecuador and Peru.

    Are they wool sweaters ?
    I have a really warm wool sweater but I tore a hole in the tummy loading my truck with 4'long spruce firewood. I need to darn the hole. But I need to learn how to darn first.

    How is it we can see out your house windows while looking in the woodstove ? Is it reflected off the glass ?

    Yeah that's like sometimes when I take a picture of my wood stove you can see my TV reflection in my glass stove door :D:ithappened::coldone:

    10° out now. This will be the last time we have double digits advice zero until Wednesday mid day.

    It's going to be a low of -2 tonight. A high of 8 tomorrow and tomorrow night- 9.

    Ash, and elm. Maybe some gooder stuff like oak dimensional lumber from crates.

    20 out and pretty much high for the day. 70 inside upstairs. Silver maple, ash and sycamore this morning after burning down coals for an hour.

    10 with a north wind. Supposed to get down to 0 tonight.

    Boiler has a lot of ash coals built up....going to try to get some of that burnt down before loading up some hickory this evening.,
