That cat is a little sketchy,so no loaded weapons at the dinner table...if a fight about the food were to break out things could get ugly quick.

Pineapple on the left & apple on the right…. The apple is the bomb… always a hit at the GTG’s that blacksmith attends… I’ll be interested in how the pineapple is…

Mmmmm good chow, what looks like a nice cat and even an adequate noisemaker.  I walked by the Pork Butt in the racks today and instead grabbed an very nice looking pork loin with a thin but beautiful fat cap. Had one a few days ago that was outstanding and may try the next one with hickory rather than my usual mix of pecan and cherry pellets.

OFF TOPIC: As to Glocks, I have all the respect in the world for the brand and what they have introduced into the shooting community. They absolutely do have the one attribute all firearms MUST possess to be useful IMO- they go bang when needed, absolutely, 100% reliably. They have set a new standard and have a rightfully gained, huge following. I own some and have 100% confidence in them. Now all of that said, I find them somewhat needlessly 'clunky' and not particularly user friendly and the ones I have used have all, without exception, had lousy - to- awful triggers. My own choice in modern working, 'plastic' firearm's are Springfields. Far better looking, better handling IMO and just more user friendly to use and carry. And SIG Sauers are also a fine choice, bringing the same fantastic reliability but adding a touch of class and refinement along with a much, MUCH better trigger. Anyway, all that said, I am actually surprised my knock at Glock did not make more waves than it did- kudos to the members of this forum! And still, in your neck of the woods, of all choices available to me at this time, I would carry the Glock 20 I have with a spare magazine, heavily loaded, due to the possibility of meeting up with some somewhat larger mammals in the woods :) Although my Springfield XDm in 45 ACP again loaded hot, would be tempting also. (as an aside, any 45 ACP that has a fully supported chamber can be, IME, loaded to 10mm specs readily although that is frowned upon by the powers that be..... but it works).

Skeet, how would you compare the bronco to a properly built UDS?

the bronco being 18"is a good value..once you step up to the 22" might be better off building uds.
the bronco is easy temp control although the factory gauge is junk...i also upgraded my fire basket for longer cook times

They are not THAT bad, in fact they are excellent. But they do lack any visual appeal and I personally find them a bit clunky compared with other 'plastic' pistols of the same type.

And skeeter-mccluskey, man do you cook a lot of food! It is as if you and others eat every single day around your place :)
