9⁰ to start. Should warm up to mid-30's. A heat wave!

We didn’t go anywhere yesterday. High temp was 13⁰. Single digits return this weekend.

I need to run a few errands this morning, before meeting up with a friend for lunch.

Thanks, it was an exciting game. I should have videoed my wife......she takes her DAWGS seriously...I think she is planning on going to Athens for the parade Saturday with her cousin and my sister. I have to work. About 90 miles up there...
They finally played Alabama like they played the rest of the team's this year...

Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. Somebody forgot to close the damper after reloading the stove ... in the recliner...it did keep the house warm though...had enough small coals left to get it going again...24°/76° now...
Got to move the splitter next to a couple empty sheds, start filling them with some oak. I did get the holly stacked in a tote, 1/3 cord...
Please say a prayer for our pastor's wife, Suzanne, she had gall bladder surgery the 7th, admitted her back to the hospital last night, severe abdominal pain, they say it's coming from her pancreas...

Good morning! 31F and sunny. Almost like summer today! Took delivery of a pickup load of seasoned rounds and another load of mostly split dead standing ash last night. I moved rounds to the processing center with the skid steer this morning before the ground turns to soup. The plan is to split the rounds for a face cord delivery. I used part of the ash to refill my roadside stand. I need to resplit most of it. Have a God day!

 

Morning All. Dark and not raining out. We were supposed to get a rain bomb last night but it didn't happen. I am alright with that. rain forecasted for today. I think I will be working all this week so I really don't care what it does. Made a quick trip over to Mom's last night so campinspecter could get the wood wheelbarrow he forgot to bring home. I think if it isn't raining, he will be moving firewood at our place today or tomorrow.

Good morning everybody. Had my follow-up. Everything looking good. Can see distance fine but up close nada. Suggested +250 reading glasses from Walmart. It helps but looking forward to new glasses. That won't be for another 3 till I can get ordered. Then 2/3 wks till they come in. The only problem I am having is headaches but that is normal.
