Zap, do you write all the locations down? I get confused so much from all these new locations. And how many miles have you got on the 4 wheeler now? Almost time for a trade?
We have over 4100 miles on it, it's still running strong, about my locations, I also hoard pictures. If I have a tricky cut, I'll look at the pictures on the computer until I decide how to cut it.
I think thats a great idea, might be safer too. Thinking about many different scenarios and choosing the best with a plan B if needed. I do the same thing in construction. In an odd situation we will all look at the problem and brainstorm the best way to do it.
Paul, in other posts I remember him saying he had to travel a couple miles from his home to some of his sites where he would work or pick up timber.
Wow that's awesome. That's some beautiful country up there too. My wife and I would like our next house to have about 10 or so wooded acres for us and eventually our kids to play around in.
I noticed a couple days ago we turned over 2000 miles on ours but ours is not as old. I think we got it for Christmas 2010. In the past I used to figure around 600 miles per year and that was the average when we sold our last one. We don't have the acreage; only a bit over 40 here.
