    I had the same horrible experience with the Fireview the first couple years I used it and it was all due to unseasoned wood. I replaced an old smoke dragon which was less fussy but the FV wanted dry wood.

    Thank goodness for great posts from Backwoods Savage about the importance of dry wood and I was set straight!

    I would be willing to bet that Mr Backwoods Savage has saved the hairline of many thousands of guys :hair: with his 3 year plan advice...and kept many of those same people from just giving up on the whole wood heat idea altogether...myself included. :handshake:
