    Good morning everyone! We had a good time with my grandson yesterday, he likes bacon, so I fried some up for a treat. He had 4 strips, I had one, and my husband took care of the rest.
    I'm looking forward to swimming this morning, had to make do with the elliptical over the weekend.

    Good morning all. A chilly 11* this morning. Did get a little snow yesterday. Enough to over the grass.
    They called and change my appt for my physical again. My doc is out due to covid. 4th time. Another doctor agreed to see me today so they had to change the time. Surgery is tomorrow morning.

    Good morning! 15F and sunny. Got out at O dark thirty to do some work this morning while the ground was (relatively) frozen. Lock on the man door was frozen. Took about 10 minutes to get in. Finally got the skid steer out and moved a lot of stuff to the processing center behind the barn. I need to switch to the bucket and move a bunch of wood chips. Maybe tomorrow morning. We're going out with friends tonight. Also starting a Daniel's fast for the next 3 weeks. Have a God day!

    Morning All. Right at freezing this morning so everything is really slick. We had rain off and on yesterday with snow melting. We are headed over to Mom's today. campinspecter is moving firewood and I have chores for Mom to do. I hope it holds off raining for the day.

    Well, with the start of the new year, the fun times are over. Had to start back to work this week on 7AM-7PM. We went from the mid 70's this weekend to maybe 50 with some of that wildwest winds she sent this way. Got a lot of power outages around the area.     Northern Ala and GA mountains got snow last night.
    Our friends in Mentone, Ala had a nice amount and lost power... FB_IMG_1641220792151.jpg
    Lucky, they have a nice wood heater and a certian firewood hoarder carried them a load of hickory on the last visit...
    Hope to split some ash tonight after work.

    The Daniel fast is a good one. Because of work, I juiced my fruits and veggies....man was that awesome. Day 9 and I was ready to eat my boots.
    I began a fast new years day, and joined the church wide fast Sunday.

    A quote from Elmer Towns' book "Fasting for Spiritual Breakthrough"...

    I'm not fasting to move God, but to.move me.so.God can move within me.
