Well I finally found myself an MS880 thats really nice and pretty much just needs a handle repair to be operational again,, also found an 084 parts saw with a minty piston and cylinder, but she's needing alot of TLC. Also found a P62 and that's up at huskihl 's hopefully Kevin can work his magic on her for me.... And bought two more 034's, one is a Super, the other is a MINT saw with literally probably only a couple hours use... I have lots to do, but no damm time....lol If anyone has any spare parts for the 084, I'm needing some. Top shroud in decent shape, brake flag,, wrap handle, clutch cover, filter cover in decent shape, and recoil assy. LMK. None of those parts has to be absolutely mint, but I'd like them them be decent....this isn't gonna be a showpiece, but a worksaw.
Fellas I apologize, I was PM'd about moddimg the date and took action without checking, if you want the dates gone on the gun/bench threads, I can remove them. Wasn't trying to step on toes, I promise.....
Just one man's opinion here... no dates and you won't have to edit them ever again. Not my thread though. What say you Czed ?
Can’t step on my toes unless you raise your foot up on the end of the bed- haven’t stood up in 3+ weeks!!!
I'm not a Stihl guy but I do respect Certain older models I've used Or repaired in the past. My friend wanted me to pick up a Very nice 064 That his dad bought new And just needed refreshing Carb kit fuel and pulse lines etc. His mother in her 70s Thought it was trash because it was left in a box next to the garage for me to pick up Unknowingly she added it to The trash cans for pick up I hope at least a trash guy took it home.
No drama on the year thing I don't know why I even put them on the threads You guy's can remove the year's lol
damm I wish I was her trash guy!! I have 3 064s, two are modded and one is near-mint original, probably my overall favorite saw ever manufactured
