    Chaz got a shot in each arm. Says it is a little sore but not bad. Civid test went well. They can now do mouth swabs which I did. They go back towards the throat which makes you gag a bit but so much better than the nose. Keeping my fingers crossed hoping everything stays quiet.

    Good evening! Temps hovered above freezing all day. The whole property is like a swamp so no working on firewood. Did some projects in the barn and tried a new Mexican restaurant. Have a God day!

    I went to bed at 9pm. Wide awake at 2am. Got up for about an hour. Figured I'd try to get back to sleep. Went back to bed. Surprisingly, I went back to sleep and got up 5:30am.

    We'll be heading to Mrs MikeInMa's neices for a holiday visit this morning. A nice ride on back roads.

    No plans for New Year’s Eve. That suits me just fine.

    Werkin today, hopefully will be home to ring in the new year, more as an excuse to hang out with those I love than to see the ball drop.

    Good Morning.... :coffee: ... Well two weeks ago the weather looked nice and pleasant for this weekend. So those plans got tossed away. Will have to chase the Honey Locust another day. I need to get some good BTU's up to the house today. Tomorrow morning a Artic Blast is suppose to drop in and get use down to like 1 degree on Sunday morning and possibly 3-5 inches of snow tomorrow. We'll see but its better to be prepared and not use it than the other way around.

    Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Happy New Year's Eve. A little cooler this morning, 55°, chance of rain. Got 1.5" yesterday, had a tornado down south of us, closer to my oldest brother. He is ok. More chance of severe weather Sunday.
    Might try to sort more logs and make room on the woodyard. I know a football game or 2 will be watched today. Alabama vs Cincinnati and GA vs Mich....GO DAWGS...

    Good morning! 36F and cloudy. Lots of fog last night. Everything is still soggy. Made a trip to Menards before sunup to get all their 50 count Christmas lights at 50% off. Came home with 64 of them. A few more errands to run today and possibly some pallet scrounging. Church tonight. Have a God day!
