Dropped back into the upper 30's here & got pretty nice. Cleared up & no wind. All the guests left so I decided to do a little cooking. 20211225_180442.jpg

Been there, done that. Totally understandable and forgivable.

For the same reason that the state of Arizona has the highest number of boats per capita. When its over 120F, you go buy a boat.

20211224_131904.jpg 20211225_132452.jpg jmb6420 I grew up in Vancouver BC where we would only get a few days of snow a year. I heard on the news today that this year they had a white Christmas which has happened only 4 times in the last 25 years. I moved away in 1990 and have lived in mountain snow towns ever since. Its lots of work though. My son and I had to go shovel the tin shed roof yesterday as it was showing signs of being overloaded with snow. We decided to leave the driveway until today. Snow plows weren't out yesterday but they are today. They've left a massive berm across my driveway. Good thing I have a house of shovelers to assist with the snow blower. Here's a couple of pics I took in the yard yesterday before firing up the grill. We had highs of -19c/-2f and lows of -23c/-9f. Hope you all had a nice Christmas!!
