Well, I don't know about the pics but it did happen. We do fun things at a high school.

Good Morning... :coffee: ... It was suppose to dip into the teens last night... 26F with clouds... I'll take it.... Got Oil changed in both tractors yesterday and about froze out. That north wind was a tad bit chilly and when your body is use to 50's...

    Good morning, folks.

Just above freezing, overcast, showery. No snow yesterday. The weather underperformed the forecast. There was a bit of sleet, but just too warm for much.

Supposed to clear off and be sunny later.

No real plans for the day. Maybe I'll give the new air compressor a real try and clean off my saws. They can use it.

    Be safe
    Be healthy

Good morning everyone! Well, we got about an inch of snow, which got rained on, so now there's a crust of ice on everything. A couple of sunny days should melt it off. I'm glad for the reprieve! It did motivate me to get a lot done.
Grandson today! No snow to play in, but we should be able to split some wood in the driveway. SitOnCactus.jpg
    Have a good Sunday!

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SPECIAL SONDAY. Last one before the birth of our SAVIOR. We are both up early, got a road trip today. Driving to LA....

(Lower Alabama)...my hunny got some cookbooks from the lady that owns the Coddle House B&B. She is having a book signing from 1-4 today, I told her I would take her for part of her Christmas. We stayed there in Sept '20, wanted to stay again, she is booked until Oct '22. So I guess it will be a day trip. There and back will be like me driving to Columbus, Ohio...5 1/2 hrs 1 way...but my hunny is worth it.
Vacation time off from work is so nice...
Ask JESUS to open our eyes to the opportunity to help those around us.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME

Another day another blessing. Happy Sunday family. Hope all is well. Another rainy day so far. Probably take the little one to go see Spider-Man and come back and watch some football. Those colts ended the patriots win streak last night . Have a blessed day

Redneck came early yesterday and we headed north to a GTG. It was snowing pretty good for the first 75-80 miles but only saw one accident and that was on the Interstate. Vehicles way off the road; one on one side and the other on the opposite side. One was wheels up. They had one lane open so we weren't held up. The weather turned a bit colder when the wind changed directions. Carhartt clothing comes in quite handy for days like that. I did not take many pictures. Was there for several hours before I even thought about the camera. I'll probably make a post about it later.

I was hoping I stocked the stove well enough and the temperature in the house was 77 degrees. I'll take that.

Morning All. Below freezing this morning with clear skies. Headed off to our daughter's for her Christmas concert. Leaving early as it at least a 5 hour drive if conditions are good.

    Everyone have a great day.

A bit. But I'm not shoveling it. It can melt.

Spent the last hour or so catching up on 11 pages here. I feel guilty posting without reading everything since my last read!
Hanging at my folks today...parents with late stage alzheimers need to be fed by hand rather than self.
The big boss has fired 2 of 4 managers in the last 3 weeks. So we're in financial-crisis mode for a bit at home. I'm on the trail of a good job, even though it comes with a substantial pay cut.
In answer to being in a spot where a lot of things could quickly go very wrong, (change of job, change/loss of income, loss of health benefits, my folks health, et.al.) this song wouldnt leave me alone during a short retreat. "Take my life and let it be" is a song of surrender...of so many things.
I guess being broken before Him, isnt a bad place to be. Kinda want to stay in that place for a season.
    God is good.

So, were you one of those let go or just looking for a different job?
That stinks so close to Christmas...but we know GOD has a plan...and HE won't lead us where HIS GRACE can't cover us.

Good Morning... :coffee: ... Worked on the Kubota yesterday. Got the hydraulic fluid drained and pulled the Screen filter out of the case. Then during reassembly I either burgered up a thread or it was burgerrd since it was rather fighting to come out. Which after a bit of googling, its a common thing to the newbies :emb:. Any who, I'll get that figured out this week.
