I filled up this week for $2.70 with a $0.10 discount. However, when I bought diesel last weekend, the best price in town was $3.35. That drains the wallet fast!
Tell me about it. My truck has a 55 gallon Titan midship tank. I have to re-swipe my card to get it full since it shuts down at $100...
Some stations shut off at $75.00. that's annoying when you need to fill all the way up on road trips. I "only" have a 36 gallon tank on my f150, and with gas prices as they have been, $75 gets hit on road trips. When gas drops a bit more in price, that 75 dollar threshold doesn't get hit, especially with fuel discounts. However, none of my regular gas stations have that $75 max charge, but I encountered it a few times out west in September.
We are at 4.05 for gas, 4.25 for diesel, and that has actually gone down from 4.60 a month or so ago. We are closer to Oregon, further south it is close to $5. Last summer Tahoe was already at $5. Congratulations on the accounts! Always happy to see good guys getting paid!
