Good Morning, Brothers & Sisters Thread

Good Morning all, 48 and light rain here in Southern Vermont.
Yesterday I rearranged the lean to yet again and moved the TImberWolf splitter in under it.
I built a single pallet type rack only 14” wide on the outboard edge in order to stack a single row wide up for a firewood “wall”.
I had visions of getting one log bucked up and then I could work under the lean to, splitting, stacking my wall, and listen to the rain on the tin roof.
Alas, after moving big log over and on sawbuck with tractor, work called and I didn’t get it cut up. Forecast says rain will quit later so maybe get it cut up and staged then.
Tractor tires were full of mud so I took a high speed run down the road to sling mud off. Wife came home and said someone had drove out of the yard and left two ugly muddy tracks of mud out on the road in front of the house.
I told her, “yeah. I saw them, they drove across our yard trespassing and out the driveway. Tractor looked just like mine. I couldn’t catch them. Kinda rude huh ?”
“Uh huh.” she said rolling her eyes as walking away.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. My last free day off, tomorrow starts vacation time off nite shift......
It was about 45° this morning and cloudy. Going to help a friend change a broken disk on his harrow. Of course, its the inside disk on front gang, so have to drop it out. Its a small harrow though. Then have to take our middle daughter to Dr appointment in Macon this afternoon, about 50 miles. Maybe she and I can can supper while up there. Have a blessed day.

Morning All. Just above freezing again. Snow isn't disappearing very quickly around here. Not getting warm enough. It supposed to be nice today. Work again today and tomorrow and the Christmas break will arrive. I have to get Christmas parcels in the mail today or tomorrow. Just have to get them wrapped first.

Good morning! 55F and occasional rain showers. I picked up 2 IBC totes last night. Turns out the guy runs the bus garage for the school in the next county over. They get motor oil and occasional DEF in the totes. They put them out by the road to get rid of the empties but there weren't any takers. I told him I'd be happy to take all that he gets. He thinks he'll have a couple more anytime now probably a few more after the first of the year. Music practice at church tonight. Have a God day!

The last of warm mornings for a while. 54⁰ here, at the moment. Clear and dry.

I'll top off the deck wood rack, with snow forecasted for Saturday afternoon/evening.

I'll run a few errands including some grocery shopping.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. It's a hot 57° this morning, foggy last night. Got the disc changed for our friends. Glad I got the 20v impact wrench last Christmas, we were done in probably 30 minutes or less. Had a good trip and dinner with our daughter, she does have to go back to Dr in January for more test.
Got to get a load of firepit wood ready for delivery this evening, then we are going to see Mama after lunch. We will be able to go to her room and no restrictions. My sister is going with us. Planning on taking her out for dinner after wood delivery.

Happy Friday! 27F and clear, cooling through the weekend. Rocking the ugly Christmas sweater at work and doing a food drive. Board meeting at church tonight with the insurance agent. Need to load a face cord for delivery tomorrow morning. That's it for deliveries this year. Found a nice pile of wood chips in the wood yard when I went out this morning. It's nice having a tree service guy 3 blocks from me. I'll get those spread this weekend. Have a God day!

Snow beginning around 11A tomorrow! Mixing with some rain, lovely. Today I'm getting ready, tidying up the yard. Also some shopping, tomorrow the supermarket will be packed.

Morning All. Clear last night so temps dropped below freezing. I am not sure what it is going to do today. I think we are to get snow this weekend. Last day of work before the holidays. I get to wear a Christmas sweater and reindeer antlers today. Should be fun.
