DCB26CBA-01A9-44B7-A285-471840D3ECE9.jpeg We got a small load of year and a half cut pecan today. My dad in the picture. He’s 5’4” for comparison.

We ran by the quarry down the road when we got it loaded and we were sitting at about 7900 lbs on the trailer so it was a little heavy .

Very nice. Love me some Pecan. I have a HUGE one that will need to come down in next year or two on bottom of the place. Probably a 50”-60” tree if I was guessing.

Yep a small load for sure. It is a good thing you have that little tractor there to load and unload.

I did not know that pecan grew that small.

That might last a week if you are lucky.

A small load like that you should have that split and stacked in a couple of hours.

We get some monster pecan trees in Oklahoma. I need to try to get some pics next time I am cutting.

Do you know anybody from Ada, last name Johnston?

Did you add the expanded medal around the sides of your trailer? Welded on?

    Nice haul Donny!
Seeing that fully loaded trailer brings to mind looking at new trucks the other day. Ford had load sensors in the bed and on the trailer hitch. "Not so sure I'd want that," I thought. "Might void the warranty."
