Outside skirt steak which isn't the best so I made up a marinade and I'm cooking it low and slow....I'll prolly wrap at some point til it hits 200
very very moist and tender...coulda used more salt,but that can be added at serving time....i give this a 9 outta 10 not bad for a piece that was ungraded
I don’t think that will work. You’ll never get there. You need to consider the relative humidity, outside temp, barometric pressure and elevation of the top surface or the water in each pan. Waiting for 211°, you will watch your entire dinner vanish before your eyes!!
