    Hello all and I'm a little late on this thread. My name is Rich and I'm a woodburninholic. I'm here for the therapy.
    It's August and I'm already thinking of burning. I enjoy cutting, though not an expert, do enjoy it. Having followed a couple of websites over the past two years has opened my eyes to the proper way of heating with a wood stove. Now, I have found FHC and it feels more like 'home' comparatively speaking.

    "I HAVE BLISTERS ON MY FINGERS" Just had to post that.

    I didn't think this place was real until someone pointed me here.

    Welcome Colby. The nice thing about this place is there's no such thing as a stupid question. Nobody here has ever heard one. They don't exist. As you get into the firewood thing, the info you can take from here should start you off in the best direction possible with no BS to have to sort thru. Priceless.
