Thanks Jack, plans are changing, we'll be spending a lot more time out there now. The gardening corner will be 10' away  Also sunburn will be concern for my plants which ties into Canadian border VT
Overhang is another item not yet decided on, it would be easiest to go straight south but I don't want to lose any passive heat or sunlight in the winter. The sun is baking me as I type now at the desk and I LOVE it.

Good luck, sounds/looks like a good build...we will need a progress thread.

I don't know about wood pickling, but...
Just for the record, I have been Pickled in all the rooms of my house! :coldone:

    :dancer:

Addition got put on hold though the floor joists and insulation are down ( ). We're going to put down some slip resistant coating, 1- protect the decking, 2- I can try my hand at growing veggies inside with a grey water drain. How silly, WWW went to so much trouble leveling out the slope on the patio this is going on and now it would come in handy :picard:It's okay, I can still run a squeegee or rubber broom, not like I'm not an expert at that after all the kennel shifts at the humane society :smoke:

Window and whatever will come, when ever depending on budget and supply but I'll have a "patio" back and the basis for an awesome greenhouse/sunroom.
