If only i could have some of this. Next door to a lumberyard i go to on occasion. Land clearing company. Ill usually park and admire the pile when im there. It is nice to dream! Something only us hoarders would do!
Walk over there & see how much they want for cull logs, you might be surprised at how cheap they can be sometimes.
Depends on what their purpose for them is. Most of those don't like sawmill grade, so I'd guess they're already culls. I'd go ask them what they do with em & how much they'd sell you a couple loads for. You never know till ya ask.
The wood porn is great but as a retired Marine, I'm definitely digging the paint work on the delivery truck.
I like how the driver personalized the truck with the Corporal insignia on the bumper. I'd support that business in a heartbeat just based on their patriotism.
A Viet Nam vet who was in Nam when my best man was killed, decorated his truck in memory of Walter and a couple other guys who were killed. You might like this EODMSgt I've tried reaching out to him again but I fear he is no longer with us.
This pile of logs by me has been sitting for years. No name no number anywhere near the property never anybody around.
Is that Lyon and Billard? Truck looks familiar. I think that’s the owners (Paul) truck. You’re gOnna need a trailer for those sticks Brad. They look like they’ve been hanging around quite sometime. That usually means someone doesn’t love them as much as you LOL FWIW, remember the big score of BL and Hickory I saw at a golf course a few years ago? It’s finally gone. They’re building a driving range there now. Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda,
It is...Meriden. Dunno about the owner though. Thought it was Ed??? Most of their trucks are nicely painted like that.
