We keep a pretty close eye on our Ray's list stuff, we do have stuff slip through the cracks now and again though. Each dept also has "clearance sections" along with red tag (clearance) items that are in their usual spots on the shelf. The other day I bought some replacement blades for my deburring tool for $2 I think it was.

If you want to speed up your splitting process, build you a ramp for the splitter. Really helps with the bigger rounds too. 0814211010_HDR.jpg

Nor am I, but they have some things I usually can't get and not to mention I live in a yuppie semi-urban beach resort area and most people haven't even seen a Tractor unless they went to Lancaster or in the mid-west.  TSC is a breath of fresh air for me down here. :tears:

My grandfather retired to Delta Junction back in the 80s. He built a small cabin on a few acres of land and had a huge garden to keep himself occupied. Nice little town from what I remember.

He passed away in 2002 but my family held onto the property up until 2019 when they sold it off. Most of that side of my family lives up there. Two uncles in Fairbanks, and a couple aunts and several cousins in the suburbs around Anchorage. I myself haven't been up there since '99 though. With the trajectory of the country it's looking more and more appealing....

Just found out last week that Rural King bought our old KMart too. They were painting the front of the building last week. The closest one currently is about 45 minutes away. I'm really hoping this one carries tractors. It may have an unfortunate effect on my credit card... :D
