    Had an interesting time last evening. I had been on the computer and started thing maybe I should call mat60. I was actually playing a game of chess at the time and just finished when the phone rang. Geeze, who could be calling me now? Bingo! It was him calling me. We had a good conversation that apparently both of us needed but the interesting thing was I was also entertained by some of our local deer herd. First some does came and stopped on the ridge, then bedded. That did not last long and when they got up and one took off I knew what was happening. Soon a buck came in view and the chase was on. I watched deer come and go for well over 1/2 hour. I have no idea how many I saw because deer were coming and going constantly. Later after I thought the party was over more deer came through. A wild night was in store sowing wild oats... I just dearly love watching the deer.

    Got to listen to the BullDawgs go down to Jacksonville FLA and eat some Gator tail on the radio, then the Braves finally won game 4 last night, up 3-1...I :sleeping: before it was over, woke up to see they won. Maybe they can seal the deal tonight in ATL...

    Back from a day of moving my youngest son and my daughter in law into their first home.

    Highlights
    1) Seeing how happy the kids are in their new home.
    2) Getting to hold my newest grandson, Asher.

    Morning All. Absolutely clear sky this morning with frost everywhere. I stayed up until midnight but didn't spot the Northern Lights. I am sure there are more keen photographers in our area that will be posting pics later today of what went on over night.

    Bookkeeping today, I am sure baseball will be happening and I hope to get into the sewing room as well. If I have time, I will be cleaning out the garden as well. Nothing left but the carrots.
