Really? I'm not seeing that around here. I'll get a better feel for it the end of the month. I headed north into the woods Labor Day weekend.

I know, No pic's never happened. I'll have to snap a pic next time we're up on the hill. Mostly the sugar maples turning yellow and some turning red. The weather guy even mentioned it on this mornings news.

    Too early IMHO!!!

    :picard: :p

I will say that I am liking the polar vortex last few weeks with cool nights and low humidity, but I hope its outta here by winter. Last year was enough.

Polar vortex in winter stink! Summer polar vortex is nice. They did keep the bass off the summer pattern though. Made it a bit of a challenge to get bites at times, But we managed! Not sure what it might do for the fall bite, But I have faith we'll(meaning the kid in the back of the boat) will figure out a pattern that will put some decent ones in the boat!

Trailer that tilts/dumps was a fail. I would take a pic but too rainy n muddy. Trailer barely too high to slide pallets off so dear husband will be staking by hand, and now my truck and his work trailer are stuck in the mud. Ha!

That's funny because the trailers that Steve and his son operate just lift and they use a pallet jack to off load the pellets. Do not try it without someone who has done it can show you how it is done.

Shouldn't be too bad, I get them at cost where I work :D Bringing 2 back a day isn't a problem as it costs me the same if I buy 2 or a ton. Much easier to drag up 2 a day than 50 at a time.....

That is assuming you can get to work and back every day, there's been the occasion where getting to the end of my driveway has been a major project, let alone getting back to the house. Last December 23rd comes to mind. We picked up our son at the Portland jetport and got back home that afternoon, when we decided to go out for an evening meal we couldn't get onto the main driveway and then had to do a back up with pushing to get the car back into the garage.

I'll bet savemoney remembers it well as does my youngest daughter who came down on the 24th and stayed a few days until the power came back on where she lives.

We'll begin hauling home 2 tons next week. Stash level will be over 4 tons. Gotta keep my pig status!
