Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. Let us not forget this would also be Judy's birthday. So Happy birthday to the love of my life.
Backwoods Savage I knew it was you love’s birthday also.. BUT on less than one cup of coffee could not think of correct way to word it… so in memory; to the beautiful red headed love of your life.. Happy Birthday Judy!! You are missed deeply, remembered fondly and the little bit of time you got to spend with too few of us cherished.
I shake my head when I see these idiots frying their tires off and driving like they're in NASCAR...I always think to myself "Go get 'em buddy! Gas n tires are CHEAP now!" (NOT!) Especially guys in 4x4 trucks that basically race light to light must be on the fire dept
Well, thought I might get my act together and get ready for snow removal when that whole process starts. Had to strip the summer equipment off and the winter equipment onto the tractor, as well as give it a complete servicing including all filters and oils. I hate snow shovels and have far too many sq feet to clean. So this tractor is set up to go any of three ways to clean up the snow mess....... If I want to stack it high I leave the loader on If I want a quicker way to shove it around I go and if it all gets too deep I have the option of flinging it into the bush Which ever way I need to go, it keeps the 3800 sq feet I need to keep open.
I got a call from the gravel guy yesterday saying he was finishing up a job near by. Today, after cutting some dead and down on the property and taking a break (carpal tunnel was flaring up big time) I hear a truck slowing down and then backing down the driveway. Yup, gravel guy stopped by and said he can do the job today. Hang on there just an hour or two carpal tunnel.....I've got another favor to ask of you!
