That juice is handy to keep around. I'll take a little spoon of this wonderful "jelly" and put it on top of a previously grilled burger, 1/8" of water and covered in the microwave. Mmmm & juicie.
This has quite the bite with the jalapeños…. But really good… the other one didn’t slice worth a darn…. But it was good too..
ran them through the little food processor we have. I figured I get a better dispersal. I’d definitely do it again. I’d like to figure out how to get the butterfly flank steaks a little more consistent in thickness…. But not for my first round.
I like a little heat. As long as its got flavor. Now to just add heat and make you sweat... thats a different story...

i cant see your pic very good...looks like its tied up but cant see the weight....i do see triple A so thats good. this one was about 2.5lb and went for 7hr @225-250
