    We’re getting some rain overnight too. 42° this morning. Haven’t had a frost yet. Moving wood this morning too, except it’ll be stacking for next year. Got all this years wood under cover and ready to go.

    This has been consistent at 273°~274° at 1/4 throttle at grate level....the factory gauge is about 2 inch below grate and reads 240°....it will get replaced with a tel- tru 20211024_120203.jpg

    Going to try something new flank steak rolls… ran out of butchers twine…:emb:… so not as many tye spots as was needed…

    Pepper Jack cheese, cilantro, fresh jalapeños, and roasted red peppers…

    Cream cheese, and then sautéed onions, mushroom, spinach, and spinach , topped off with with some provolone cheese…
