    I wonder if those in the Midwest were confused by the title, because they might call it a “hoagie” or even a “sub” Maybe the ginormous sandwich could be best washed down with a cold soda (or a pop) :p

    In Maine they call any sandwich on long bread an Italian.

    Like a Turkey sub is referred to as a turkey Italian. Weird.
