What not to yell at your own birthday party?

    "Surprise"

Let the other people yell it out! :picard:

Agree 110%. That’s the “woke” culture coming out. I know and have some good (but not too close) friends that might swing on the other side oh the playground. We are friends and get along great. I could care less what they do but I don’t want to hear anything about it. I’m also good at randomly telling some pretty good jokes to them too, some may be offended but hey, oh well.

I was talking about the red headed girl from Wendy’s. It was her birthday yesterday. Her boss threw her a corporate party. Free frosties for everyone.

Ok I wake up cranky before coffee!!
the states of NH and VT now have to go to complete 10 digits numbers so that people in a crisis can only dial 3 digits.
I mean if your in a crisis, I am very happy you are reaching out for help.
BUT do you need a number like 911 or can you dial a few more numbers

I'm gonna call BS on that one. Don't tell me that a 3 digit number is added to the phone book and because of that, everyone else has to dial 10 numbers? Doesn't make sense now does it?

I believe it’s 898 that is a town prefix here! So you have to add the 802 for VT or 603 for NH other wise you can’t call anyone in those towns..

imagine if your regular phone number was 911- 1234

so not BS I probably did not explain it right

Dialing 10 digits to call across town has been in place here for decades.

I saw something about this recently about the way everyone was going to have to change some dialing. Wish I could find the article but keep watch.

And my first memories of phones included a 2 digit number, no dial, no buttons, but a nice operator named Minnie Larson.
