    What types of telescope would be best for land viewing? What are they called?

    I looked around and it seems that everything is for astronomical viewing.

    Man arrested for using telescope to peep on apartment of local woman.

    Local suspected peeper, known by his FHC handle "Yooper Dave" is quoted as saying "I swear I was just looking at HER...I mean THE moon"
