    My opinion.
Let's go Bran-don! Aimed at Newsom
CO2 is not our enemy. It is the life giving gas on this planet.
Where do they think they are gonna get the electric to power all the vehicles and tools that use gas and diesel?
    Not gonna happen.
Wind and solar are way more expensive, require more material, are totally unreliable, destabilize the grid and require backup by proven, nonpolluting coal and natural gas.
Battery backup is an even worse idea.
The idea that we can eliminate oil, gas and coal as our energy source is not based on science but CONTROL!
Control by the Commies who want us to be their servants.
    Rant off!:smoke:

Brandon’s coming to my state tomorrow. Big surprise, the local media are already speculating where he’s going for ice cream and what flavor it’ll be. Poor guy can’t catch a break. Everywhere he goes, every move is under scrutiny and every word uttered is dissected and analyzed by the greatest minds in the annals of journalism. Must be tough. What’ll it be? Rocky Road on a sugar cone or will he show solidarity and go for some Rainbow Sherbet in a cup? I can hardly wait to find out...

Maybe this is too much about who I am, but I'm so allergic to being told what to do- (I CCW) if they passed a law that said you had to concealed carry, I'd stuff a bundled up tshirt in my belt and go out unarmed.
Big deal right? I just hate being told I have to do something.

Off topic a bit- but I'm kind of excited about the next series of smaller sized electric motorcycles to come out. If I can get a bike with a range of 100 miles out of a reasonably priced machine- that would be pretty cool.

I agree, a 100 mile range reasonably priced electric motorcycle would be perfect for me for most situations.

I agree. My cousin’s kids have a couple electric off road trials bikes and those things rip! At first I was skeptical until I saw her older son standing that bike straight up as he rode past me, almost silent to boot. I can get on board with that kind of fun.

Stutters doesn’t Deserve a Break, but this Country could sure use a Break FROM him.

I’m gonna leave it at that, I’m surprised that this thread has gotten as political as it has, without any moderation.

It’s being watched, and aside from overt mention of a few people in power, it has remained proper. But if this thread goes over the edge…

Remember, personal views of this nature can be discussed in a PM without moderating knowing about it.

Turns out decent people can chime in about the stuff they have in common while letting the stuff they don't just be.

You guys might not like my bookshelf but I'd be darned if I you didn't have a decent time at my dinner table.

I can’t recall exactly what they were, but a few of your past posts, make me believe that our book shelves don’t have many of the same books.

You do have a CCW, and Carry so we do have something in common. Work doesn’t allow me to carry on the job, and I am not about to leave my weapon in my personal vehicle while working (I’m a Truck Driver), so I can’t carry as often as I would like

At 19, I had someone shove the barrel of a 38 Snub Nose, up MY Nose. The Funny thing about it is, that didn’t make me anti-gun, it just made me realize that I need to be able to protect myself. A gun is an inanimate object, nothing Bad or Evil about them, but there are Bad and Evil People that misuse them.

In my situation, I would have had an opportunity, to do something, if I had been armed. He “Flashed” the weapon in his belt briefly to intimidate me, then covered it up again. But at 19, I was too young to legally own a handgun

    Well hell,
This No Comment thread with lots of comments has certainly come full circle. I can promise you one thing; when Ryobi comes out with a pistol sized Rail Gun, I'll certainly buy one even though it will be tough to conceal carry that lime green color.
