    I have heard from a couple of old timers that you peel the tongue & slice it length wise & it’s very delicious, delicate & tender meat. But I have never heard it called a “chit squeegee”

    Yeah, you gotta boil it and then skin it tree killer....that makes it like pulling the latex glove off, so its all good! :rofl: :lol:

    Just put one in the freezer this afternoon. I'll have to give yall a thread when I decide to cook it. And not let my 5 year old know what is it haha.

    :hair: I always took weekends and holidays shifts at the Humane Society in high school and had the barn feeding duty. EVERY SINGLE time, like a couple hundred I'd have dark purple black bruises on the back of my legs from that mean rooster. Guess he didn't realize I was feeding everybody. But still, it was :hair:

    I know right! Just weird, we gave all the mean hamsters/gerbils/rats to the Raptor rescue, but that darn rooster was a fixture in the barn for years.
